This drawing was a choose drawing that I selected from a couple drawings. I made the drawing in CAD 3-D, and then exported it as a .stl file so that it was adaptable with flashprint. This is a program works with 3-D printers and you can place the drawing on the board. Next you had to put it on a sd card and insert it into a 3-D printer. Finally you get to watch your drawing that you had with a computer be turned into a real life object.
This is my choose plate to draw it you have to start wit h the big circle of the base and then draw the rest of the object. Next, you have to draw the circle in the base and use the push/pull tool to make the cut out in the object. Next you have to make the side and move it on top of the base. After that, you have to copy and move the side to the other side so that there are now two sides. Next, you have to make the small radius on the side of the base and use the push/pull tool to make the cut out arc in the shape. Finally, you have to use the union tool to make the object one rather than two different things.
This is the final product of the 3-D printed drawing. I printed two total object however the one I did not keep, they both came out rough with extra material on them, but with a little clean up they turned out looking good.
